I'm Alaa Aldein, Assistant Professor at the University of Al Fashir. Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of KwaZulu-Natal under Prof. Tom Walingo, conducting research and development in artificial intelligence for water quality monitoring to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
I am deeply passionate about data science and artificial intelligence and am constantly working to expand my skills in this dynamic field.
I hold a BSc and MSc in Computer Science, as well as a PhD in Computer Engineering. I am an active researcher with peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers, and I regularly serve as a reviewer for several journals. I am a member of the IEEE Computer Society and a registered IT Professional with the IITPSA.
